Three decades of company building.

Ratmir Timashev has founded technology companies since 1995. The first, Aelita Software, began at Ohio State with Andrei Baronov and was acquired by Quest Software in 2004.

He co-founded Veeam Software with Andrei Baronov in 2006 and grew it into the global leader in data protection, serving 450,000+ customers worldwide. Insight Partners acquired Veeam for $5 billion in 2020.

Today he runs OH.io Capital. The firm founds and backs technology companies, from first hires to global scale.

Deveen holds a Master's in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Stanford.

She previously worked in Product at American Express and held product, marketing, and customer success roles at a Techstars-backed property tech startup. She began her career as an equities trader at Goldman Sachs. Josselyn holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Data Science from the University of Chicago.
